FOR PSYCHIC READINGS:

Is there a grace period for being on time for my appointment?

We reserve a specific appointment time for you and in order to serve all of our clients, it is necessary for you to arrive on time.  If you arrive later than 5 minutes past your appointment time, we may not be able to serve you and no refunds are issued.

Can I bring a friend in the room with me when I get the reading?

Readings are individual experiences and each client shall have a reading independently. However, you may voice record the reading to share it with friends later if you wish.

Can I Cancel or Rebook my appointment?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will not receive a refund for the missed appointment with the exception of medical emergencies and natural disasters.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

How long will it be before I receive my order?

 

We will process and ship your order within 24 - 48 hours and you will receive it thereafter according to the shipping method which you have chosen.  We process and ship orders Monday - Thursday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  For instance, if your order is placed on Friday, it will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.

 

In the event that the item you order is not available, you will be notified and given the choice of whether you would like a similar item or refund the specific item.

 

What is your return policy?

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please check your order and confirm that it is correct before making your purchase.
