Root Chakra

The 1st (Root) chakra is located at the base of the spine. It governs one's survival instincts, ability to stay focused and achieve tasks, and feelings of fear/safety.  A balanced root chakra helps keep one grounded.

The physical parts of the body that are connected to the root chakra are the bladder, blood, male reproductive organs, spine, testes and vagina.
