     Reconnective Healing is non-directed source energy healing.  During the session, the practitioner is present as the observer that allows healing energy to unfold for the client.  The practitioner neither diagnoses the "problem" nor directs energy, but rather allows universal light and information to flow directly to the client in the way best suited for them in that moment.  Profound physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts can take place as your bodymind is realigned with its optimal blueprint.

     Laura Jarrait Flora is a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, Reconnective Healing Practitioner and Akashic Record Consultant. 

     She spent her early adult life as a health insurance actuary and high school math teacher.  She started practicing yoga in 1996, and as her path has evolved, she has blended her love for precision and desire to help people live more full and free lives skillfully together using the elegant system of Anusara yoga and other energetic healing modalities. 
    
     Her unique melding of these systems is effective for facilitating physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. She is thankful for the many wonderful teachers, students, and clients she has worked with thus far and most of all for the grace that has brought them to her.  She is dedicated to helping individuals and communities cultivate more easeful, joyful, and purposeful lives.
