What type of payments do you accept?

     We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.   Please be sure that you provide a billing address which matches that on your credit card statement.  Incorrect information may cause a processing delay and we reserve the right to cancel any order in which the billing information cannot be verified.
     We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks made payable in USD to: Earth Odyssey. NOTE: If you choose to pay using a Money Order of Cashier's Check, you may e-mail or fax your order which will be shipped when we receive the payment. Be sure to include your shipping information and product codes of the items which you would like in your order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

     We will process and ship your order within 24 - 48 hours and you will receive it thereafter according to the shipping method which you have chosen.  We process and ship orders Monday - Friday between 10:00AM and 6:00PM.  For instance, if your order is placed on Friday night, it will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
     Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until we confirm that the item you have ordered is in stock.  In the event that the item you order is not in stock, you will be notified and given the choice of whether you would like to be put on back order.

How long do custom orders take?

     On average, custom orders take three weeks to complete.  However, we suggest that you call us at (504) 581-1348 or e-mail: earthodyssey@bellsouth.net  to discuss an exact timeframe for your specific order.

What is your return policy?

     ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please check your order and confirm that it is correct before making your purchase.

How will my information be used?

     All information that you provide us, including your e-mail address, will be kept completely confidential and will not be sold or shared with any other entity.
